PHPMAGIC is a tool for reading a MySQL database/table and generating a PHP form for viewing records, etc. I have a vet website where I would like to be able to create forms for visitors to signup for golf tournament and other functions and I have been told that PHPMAGIC is no longer supported. Does anyone know an inexpensive alternative? Thanks.

Your question is a little bit unclear, and I can't be sure whether you're looking to input or view data. However, I recommend checking out an online tool called FPMG, which seems to have the desired capabilities and is free.
In case you need additional information, you can take a look at this list of examples and see exactly what the tool does.
